Chief-27 reported fire second and third floors of a 3-1/2 story OMD, reported people trapped. Command requested the second alarm and placed all hands in service. Crews were evacuated from the building due to heavy fire conditions. Master streams were placed in service to knock the bulk of the fire. Crews re-entered to extinguish the rest of the fire.
