Ladder-31 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing from the first floor of a two story E/O/R, 20x45, placed 2&2 in service. Box was filled out and all hands were placed in service by B/C-13. Reported people trapped. Command reported fire extended to the second floor and through the roof. Additional Medics requested on the box for injured firefighters and a civilian. Medic-20 transported one firefighter to Torresdale Hospital with heat exhaustion. Second firefighter was transported to Temple in unknown condition. The civilain was also transported with smoke inhalation.
