Details:

Crews had their hands full when a tractor trailer went off I95 down approximately 200 feet down a embankment and caught fire. One subject was trapped and is reported to be in Very critical condition. As many as 10 accidents with injuries were reported to PFN on I95 in Delaware County alone.
