Cherry Hill Firefighters arrived to find a two story single
family home with fire showing from the garage, first, and second
floors. The intense fire was also extending to the residence to
the left. Additional
firefighting companies responded and at the height of operation
3 Engine Companies, 2 Ladder Companies and 3 Chief Officers
worked to control this fire.
The fire, which originated in the front garage on the first
floor of this two story home, was quickly spreading throughout
the rest of the first floor and to the upper floor as
firefighters initiated their attack. Firefighters simultaneously
deployed multiple hose lines to attack the fast moving fire
while another crew initiated a search and rescue operation for
occupants who may have been in the house.

Radnor Fire Company and Ambulance along with Narberth Medic 109 were dispatched to the area for the accident with entrapment shortly after 9 Sunday Night. Medic 109 arrived on location with 3 subjects serious injured and requested a direct fly out for two subjects. No entrapment was reported , fire crews proceeded in to provided scene control and patient care. No word on the extent of the injuries.

Just after 100pm the house fire assignment was dispatched to the area of Baldwin Run lane and Springhouse lane in the "Old Bridgewater" section of Aston. A/C Dawson was the first on the scene and had a 1 story rancher with smoke showing. Engine 63(F/E Tiger) and Truck 63(F/M Joyce) assumed the first due responsibilities and ran the line inside while Truck 63s crew split throwing ladders and performing a search. Engine 45 and Ladder 65 arrived 2nd due and established the water supply and assisted with ventilation and a secondary search. The Crew from the Engine 63 located the fire in the basement of the home and had the fire knocked quickly with minor extension to the first floor. Fire Chief Herre had the “Baldwin Command”, A/C Dawson had Operations and Captain Harris had interior.

Two Alarm Garage Fire - Chester City

CCMC Medics called in a box in the area of 23rd and Edgmont Ave for heavy smoke in the area, 82-12b on his way to work arrived first to find commercial garages in the rear well involved. Engine 82 dropped a line from the corner and lead off with the blitz gun and a 200ft 1 3/4' hand line while Tower 82s crew opened up and went to the roof. Chester 11 had the 23rd street command with multiple garages well involved and struck the 2nd alarm bringing in the county volunteers. The crews operated just over 3 hours.

Fm234-2 (oakley) reported anactive fire in the house keeping area of the building. The Fire was running the ceiling area. Chief 31 (Dippolito) took command and requested extra medic units due to weather conditions. Engine-31 established FDC all companies were in service. Command assigned an engine and medic for lobby control, interior crews reported fire was still running void spaces within the ceiling area. Several apparatus scratched or were limited manpower.
