Police arrived with smoke showing. 18301 transmitted an all hands box for a working fire on a 2nd floor apartment. Squad 18-3 went into operation with a 1 3/4" handline. Fire was held to one apartment. One resident transported to the hospital. No FF injuries.

Batt. 1 reported Engine 8 in operation with fire on the 1st floor of a 2 story ordinary twin. The all hands were struck as Batt. 1 reported heavy fire on the 2nd floor rear. Companies went into operation with multiple 2 1/2" hand lines in exterior operations. Car 3 placed the fire under control at the 40 minute mark. No injuries were reported.
