Camden EMS supervisor notified Communicaitons of a fully involved dwelling fire on the 2100 block of Howell St. Companies arrived with a 2 story middle of the row vacant, fully involved. Water supplies were secured as multiple 2 1/2" handlines were used in defensive operations. No injuries reported.

Caller reported fire in the fire place and in the house. Assistant 8 was first on the scene and reported smoke condition and partially extinguished fire and ordered first in engine (E-11) to enter with 1 3/4 inch line. Deputy Chief 8 established 8 Command. Fire extension into the wall was quickly extinguished and companies remained on scene for ventilation and clean up. Responding on the call were E-8, Tower 8, E-11, E 11-1, Ambulance 355.

Squrt-69 arrived on scene with smoke showing from a two story S/F/D. Command requested the second alarm struck for fire in the basement with extension to the first floor. Several hand lines were in service. The electrical service was involved so crews had to wait for PECO to secure the electric to completely extinguish the fire. The home owner was transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation.

CMD O/S of a 2 story single family dwelling with heavy fire throughout. Requesting the working fire box, and Tanker Taskforce. 1 ladder pipe in service, along with numerous master streams. County Marshal requested to scene for the investigation. No injuries reported, and everyone was reported out of the residents. FD remained on scene for extensive overhaul, Rehab 13 requested out of Cherry Hill.

D/C-9 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing from an attach garage of a two story S/F/D. Engine-9 went in service with a hand line and knock the bulk of the fire down. The fire was located in a rear workshop area. Medic-168 Transported two victims to St Mary's hospital with smoke inhalation. The Middletown Twp FMO is investigating. Units from Parkland, Penndel, and Nottingham operated on scene.

Battalion 1 on location with fire showing from a vacant warehouse building. Battalion 1 reported if he was able to get water on the fire quickly he may be able to hold the fire to one unit. Immediately Engine 9 was ordered to stretch a hand line and start a fire attack. Battalion 1 also advised that he was able to hold with 2 engines and a ladder company to free up companies for a box on Market St. at the same time. Companies were able to contain the fire and overhaul quickly. No injuries were reported.

Companies arrived with heavy fire conditions from a 2 story middle of the row vacant. All Hands box was struck on arrival. The Battalion reported heavy fire conditions first floor extending to the D exposure requesting a 2nd Alarm. Companies secured a water supply and placed 4 1 3/4" hand lines in operation. Mutual aid from Glouceter City and Oaklyn responded to complete the 2nd Alarm. Searches were negative of the dwellings. The fire was placed under control with no reported injuries.

Details:

Companies 37,26,20 dispatched to a report of a subject trapped under a trolley. Crews arrived and began extrication of the victim, two high pressure air bags were used to raise the trolley enough to free the victim. Crews were on scene for an hour. Victims condition unknown.

Companies arrived to find a auto into the building with (2) section of railing piercing the passenger compartment. The railing missed the driver, went through the empty passenger's sent and into the rear quarter panel of the car. The second section went between the empty passenger seat and the door. Car was also transporting radioactive bio-hazards.
Door was open by EMS prior to FD arrival. Flourtown (6) and Barren Hill(29) responded and assisted. Units cleared at 13:24 hours.
