Units arrived on scene with heavy smoke and fire showing from a two story M/O/R, placed all hands in service. One victim was removed from the dwelling and flown via Medevac to the a trauma center. Command reported fire had extended to the exposure dwelling. Evacuation orders sounded and deck guns were placed in service. Second alarm struck.

At 0745 hrs Camden City units were dispatched for a dwelling fire. One caller was reporting smoke showing from a vacant row home. EMS on location reported heavy smoke showing. Battalion 1 (Decaro) and Squad 7 arrived and encountered heavy fire conditions on the second floor. All four homes in the row were affected--all are vacant dwellings. Crews stretched a total of 4 handlines after Battalion 1 requested an additional engine. Due to company closings in the city, mutual aid ladders had to be dispatched from Gloucester City and Westmont. 1 firefighter suffered a minor injury.

Command 750 reported an occupied 2 story twin with heavy smoke showing,placed all hands in service, 1 occupant was removed from the dwelling and transported, the victim was pronounced DOA at Underwood Hospital, the Camden County Fire Marshal is investigating.

CMD 300 on scene of 1 1/2 story SFD with fire showing, Squad 32 arrived first due and secured their own water supply. Companies stretched a 1 3/4 hand line and made quick work of the fire. Ladder 33 and Squad 45 opened up and preformed primary and secondary searches all coming up negative. CFM on scene for the investigation. No injuries reported the family self extricated prior to police arrival and police did rescue 1 dog from rear of the house prior to fire department arrival.

Battalion 25 arrived with heavy fire in the attic of a split level single family dwelling. Command 2500 was established and used all hands. The fire was contained to the attic and put under control in under a half hour. The County FM is investigating and there were no reported injuries.

Companies arrived to find smoke showing from a 2 story M/O/R vacant. Multiple lines were stretched to find heavy fire conditions in the rear of the dwelling. Command struck the 2nd alarm. Rescue performed searches as the Ladder Company opened up and vented the roof. The fire was brought under control with minor extension to the exposures.
